High School students may volunteer independtly, but must provide an emergency contact and fill out this form before their volunteer shift.

You can get your hours verified. We have blue "Verification of Volunteer Hours" forms located in the church kitchen.
When you arrive, please sign in and locate this form. At the end of your shift, fill in the information and ask the Meal Ministry lead to sign off on your hours.
You will be responsible for getting this form filled out each time you volunteer and retaining it to verify your hours for your program.
